what % tint do you guys think looks best, while staying legal for a black rsx !

 

Tinting front windows are illegal in my state, and i think tinting just the back windshield and those tiny side windows are hideous. So i have factory tints
some cops are particular **** about tints some just ignore them, but i think 35% around look good

what's the legal limit for VA? I was thinking of doing mine.

thats quantum tint forgot the percentage though.
in Cali, any tint on the front windows is illegal but who cares

is that like semi-reflective tint? looks pretty good.

 

yeah...i had a choice between the standard black and the quantum...they say the quantum has no dyes in so it wont fade. in the day you can see your reflection but its not as reflective as true mirror tint.

yep for NJ 35% should be good enough

Just don't bother with the mirror tint
that is just plain nasty

if you want to look good.. and still somewhat look legal.. get stainless steel 165 trust me the tint shop knows what im talking about..its very transparent looking directly towards the window.. but at angles its reflective i have it on all my cars and never got pulled over .. even when a cop is rite next to me windows up

 

I have a white rsx and was in your same boat for a bit. i ended up going 50% on the sides, and then 75% in back and small side ones. technically the shop considered it medium, and then dark in the back. Im very happy with it. any tint is illigal in cali but ive been next to cops many times and no ones givin me ****. at night you cant see at all, during the day you can just see the outline of whos inside. its just the right amount of privacy. perfect for smokin bowls

 

My windows came tinted, but I have I think 35% black in the front and maybe 25-30% in the rear. I don't really like any other tint besides black. I've seen red and yellow tints and they look hideous. Black on black!

 

The 9/03 issue of sport campact car has all allowed % allowed for each state

**** it all go presidential my friend has a black is300 with presidential tint ........hes been driving it here in nova where the cops have nothing better to do, and he hasn't gotten pulled over

That is extremely light, the higher the % the lighter it is.
I usualy go 35 on the front 2 and 20 on the back 3

 

I have dark *** tint on my teg i think its 22 and i have never gotten pulled over even with cops right nextr to me, maybe jus luck tho...looks good jus is annoying at night

 

limo tint on the rear window and little side windows...the doors have 35% i think. im not even sure. but no 1 can see in at all at night time...absolutely pitch black

Is it just me or are those stock rims, looking very gun-metally... is that brake dust, or lighting?
