Actually, the Intake was a hand-me-down, coilovers...I took off my old hatch, and the exaust i picked up from carmax. carmax will take performance parts of cars and just throw them away. SPent 50 on the greddy cuz they had to charge me somthing

 

yeah car max dumps anything non oem even a k and n drop in air filter i have a dude who works there and calls me as soon as hondas roll up with shiznit on them. they will sell any car as long as it doesn have frame damage or it has be clipped.

Yes they will my 4runner I bought from them lasted about 8 months, screw
carmax. Sorry if anyone works there they may be good to their employees but they suck in the customer area. I know way off subject. But thats cool $50 for a Greddy.

 

I say screw carmax too. I went to look a a 97 civic theey had. it had friggin scratches and dents, 88,xxx miles, and were asking 9000!!! NO HASSLE i think carmax is BS. but i get cheap parts so im happy

 

so does carmax have an actual "for sale" area or do you just have to know someone on the inside?

damn, im going to carmax, TODAY!

 

yea i worked at carmax for a few months last year..its tru they throw aftermarket parts away..when i was working there they had an eclipse come in with all kinds of **** on it..the mechanic replaced all the **** with oem **** and threw away all the aftermarket stuff..including a turbo apexi N1..unorthodox under drive pullys.. K&N filter ..no name short shifter..i was like since your throwing all of these parts away can i have them? he said i dont car they are garbage..so i took the pullys and painted them hot pink and hung threm on the wall..then sold the free Apexi N1 muffler after i cut off all the pipeing for 150 bucks ..then i quit because carmax sucks

 

oh man, i need to get a job at carmax!

on SR 436/semoran blvd just about a mile north of orlando international airport across the street from world chevrolet/courtesy chevrolet

and in sanford just behind seminole town centre mall

 

for $50 I can have a lot more fun than some minor bolt ons will get you.
