Throtle sticking???
Ok so I have a 90 crx, I've had for almost 2 years. Never ever had problems with it, execpt my rad blowing, but i was warned by the previous owner about it. Just forgot to have it fixed before it blew.
Anyways, About 8-9 month after buyin the car, I noticed that my throtle sticks a little when I'm stopped, and the car idols. even when letting off on the gas while driving the car doesnt slow down as it should.
If I roll up to a set of light and take it out of gear, or even while holding the cluth down it sticks to about 1200-1500 RPMs, the only way to fix it is if I pull the gas pedel back with my foot, then it goes back to 800-900RPM.
Its not my throtle cable cuz I checked that out. I'm thinking it might be the throtle spring on the throtle body. Maybe not enough tention?
Anyone else have this problem????
Thanks in advance

how tight is your throttle cable? you may want to adjust it... I have that problem when I swap motors... but you just adjust the cable to allow normal air flow a idle... it doesn't hurt to clean out your tb either from any gunk.

It sounds like the throttle body is all gunked up. Take off the intake, and shoot some carb cleaner in the throttle body, and scrub with an old toothbrush (or your brothers)
Worked for me, I had the same problem.
