mines blink a couple of times n shuts off when starting up the car. i stop by the dealer n was told its reminding me to get my 15k service done soon. do you guys n girls actually go to the dealers to get it serviced. or you do think the prices they have for it is a waste of money so you do it yourself?

 

if its under warranty yes, you don't want to void it...for me i won't, they charge a arm and a leg, for some bullshit service..

 

the guy said that maintence stuff is not covered under warranty but only stuff that is broken. man i hope they arent tryin to cheat me. where can i find info on warranty covered stuff, i dont have a owners manual but should b getting it soon. thanks for the reply leimokei

 

usually when the light goes on, they check belts, spark plugs, change oil and make sure everything is okay...other than that...u can just go to another auto shop and have them take a look at it..but i think all u have to do is reset ur ecu and that light is gone...im not 100% sure about that, but let me find out

 

there is a button behind the steering wheel. its really small, u can hold it and it'll turn off the light.

its like above the brake pedal behind wheel, stick ur head under there and find it.
