How do i get a hold of the guys at Benen?
i want to order a b-pillar bar from them. only way i can talk to them is through e-mail. they would answer my question, e-mail me back like twice, and then after that, ignore me. 
i can't call because everytime i call, there's an answer machine. anyone here actually works for them?

that's the thing...i would just go somewhere else but i've heard such good things about them on here. what happened? if i don't hear from them by tomorrow, i'm taking my business somewhere else. benen service =

the guys at benen are very busy at times and can't answer each and every call/email. ken and dom are good folks and it's not like them to leave their customers hanging like that. just leave them a message or an email, i'm sure they'll get back to you as soon as they can.

i was just there last week.. i would of asked for u.. just leave a message.. they usually get back to them when they get the chance..

(7:03 PM 2/18/2004) Unjockable: hi, i'm interested in some benen products. i want the b-pillar bar for a 96-00 honda civic. i e-mailed them and they said they have it in stock. but it's hard getting a hold of them. you're one of their distributors. can i order it from you? i want a black one. let me know. i can come down and put a deposit.

carbing makes a b-pillar bar? i'm very interested. it's for an EK. what other company makes them? i want the b-pillar. not the c-pillar bar.

I've had about the same luck with contacting benen in the past. Good guys or not, it leaves a bad taste in a customer's mouth when they can't get info on a product.

You're right my bad. I actually dont know any besides Benen that make the b-pillar bar. Seems a little dangerous to me.

I spoke with Dom at Benen yesterday on the phone, and he did say that they have been very busy lately. Call the shop, and leave a message for them. Tell them your name, leave your number, and also what you are looking for. Give them some time to return your call. They are awesome guys, just really busy at times.

jeez man, I called them up to order some stuff, and not only did I talk to them, they called me back and shipped my stuff that day, and also marked it as a gift, so I didn't have to even pay duty..... I say give them another try, you know how life at a shop can be, I'm sure it's just a busy time for them, it's only been two days, **** I don't even call my buddies back that fast...
