Hey u integra guys, i know u guys got power antennas and i was hoping u guys could help me out. Most of u have aftermarket radios right? Anyways, I was installing my old sony radio into my mom's 00 4-runner, that car also has power antenna. I did all the connections correctly and when i switch the mode to radio, the power antenna doesnt come up. But one thing was strange about the stock radio. It had one regular antenna connection like all cars have, but it also had this mini antenna connection thing next to it as well. Well that mini one is just hanging there, and I think thats got something to do with the power antenna. I was just wondering if integras were like that, and if anyone could direct me into getting the power antenna to work. Maybe there is an adapter?
well, i think this may work.
try to wire the power antannea into a fuse in the fusebox that comes on with the accessories, so when the car starts the antannea will come up, i trashed my non-working power antannea, and put on a s2000 antannea

The mini-antenna has nothing to do with the power antenna in that truck. It's just part of Toyota's "diversity" antenna system on the nicer models.
I know you said that you made all the connections correctly but I think you should make ABSOLUTELY sure that the blue wire from the back of the radio is connected to the blue wire in the radio harness. That is your power antenna wire. Without that wire connected the antenna won't work.
Toyotas don't have anything funky that you have to do in order to make the antenna work so as long as the blue wire is connected properly then you shouldn't have a problem.
