ECU CODE 41 -Primary Oxygen Sensor - Heater circuit malfunction
The heater circuit is built into o2 sensors so that it heats the o2 sensor and takes correct readings when the exhaust is not hot yet (o2 sensor sits directly on exhaust, and heats up accordingly). When the heater circuit code is thrown by the ecu, this usually means u need urself a new o2 sensor. Get ahold of an obd2 scan tool and double check the code - 41 description - it should tell you which sensor (1 or 2) is malfunctioning, 1 being the sensor closest to the motor, 2 being the one after the cat.

Bump! Where can I get this tool to check the o2 sensors? Is this something Autozone may carry or through the local Honda dealer? Is there a way to perform the test using a multi meter? Thanks for any help!

Auto Zone should put it on your car for free.

AutoZone's code reader will probably say P0135 which is the OBD-II code for the primary O2 sensor heater. That won't tell you anything new, since you already know it's code 41 by the blinking CEL...
The heater itself is built into the O2 sensor. But you can still have a blown fuse or busted wire somewhere in that circuit. AutoZone can't help you there. You still need to go to town with a multimeter.
The heater element has to be between 10 & 40 ohms. The hot side of the circuit gets power from the main relay, so it should have +12v all the time. The ECU closes the ground side of the circuit to turn on the heater. If you don't know what that means, just print it out & give it to someone who can check out your car's circuits.
