What size injectors for my turbo setup?
Here are a few of my mods first of all: Garret T4 Turbo, Apex BOV, Turbonetics wastegate, 2.5" exhaust, JE oversized 9:1 pistons, Pauter rods, P and P, intake matched, weapon R FPR, etc, etc...
I'm adding an FMU and a bigger fuel pump, but I need to know what size injectors to use. What do you think?

I do plan on getting a Hondata or DFI, but shall we say, current market conditions only allow for the FMU at this time. I was thinking 310's or 370's maybe.
I know this isn't helpful, but for those other people that want to do this too. You went in the wrong order. You now have an engine that will take anything and a fuel/ignition system that can't support it. If anything you should get a standalone before doing a full buildup.
For a fully built engine and someone who plans to push it, I would get something other than the Hondata. I have the Haltech E6K, but I've been looking at the Autronic SM2 lately. They offer a lot of nice features.

How many psi are you planning to boost??? What kind of slevee do you have?? Don't tell me that you are still having the stock one... Cause you had changed the pistons, and rods.. You should get a MSD 6A and with some stand alone fuel management system, like DFI, or Haltech... By looking at your setup, I think you want to boost at less 17 psi, then your injectors should be at least 750cc... Need more fuel to save your engine.. Hope this will help... Trust me don't get the 370cc, you will be regret later.. Cause you will need bigger injectors... To be save and if i were u, i will get 800cc or 810cc.

I got missing link before I got my DFI, therefore I got missing link and DFI... Anyway, my car is still in the shop for the 5 sp tranny swap and fully builded motor swap.. It should be out pretty soon...I am waiting for my JG pro head.. Once I get that install, I should be able to boost 25 psi and if everything tune correctly and should see 400+hp at the wheel.. I might add addition 50 to 75 shot of Nos if I feel that i need more hp...Are you sure that it is Darton sleeve and not Darkton sleeve..cause they sound the same...??

Are you sure about 370cc injectors with 8:1 fmu and a v-afc or s-afc can run 13-14 psi???? All my friends that are boosting 10 psi have the same setup...I don't think it will be safe to run 13 or 14 psi with that setup... maybe a bigger size injectors...410cc..

It's just strange that you would list both, seeing as you don't need a check valve with the DFI.
At that much power you'll probably just be wanting to turn it down, not up with the NOS. All you get is wheel spin, whatever you do. It's very annoying.

All that and only 400 to the ground?
Oh, wait... nevermind. Now I see why this is suspicious....

Ok... You don't need to believe me... My car is still at the Shop at Sac, CA. The shop name is The Midnight Performance. Here are some pictures of my car on March, 2001... Before I put in the builded engine, tranny, MSD, DFI, and some other goodies...

I am not sure to add NOS yet... I am still deciding... This is my daily driven car... I will boost 15 psi for regular driving, 25 psi for racing... My buddy told me that my car should have 400+h @25psi and with my new JG Pro Head...

I have a keg that color. Nice shaving.
I never doubted you have a PRELUDE... but you should break 400 whp I would think with 25psi. Jinxproof was running 20psi on a stock internal b18c1 and put down 375whp.

Thanks... JG Luder...
But why doubt me for breaking 400whp...If a stock internal b18c1 (GSR engine) with 20 psi can get 375 whp... Why can't h22a with fully rebuilded internal with JG Pro head and boosting @ 25 psi to get 400 +whp... Remember now h22a has a bigger block and stock power is 200 hp (160 whp)...and b18c1 stock has 160 hp (140 whp) Ideally 2 bar will double your engine performance... 1 bar is about 14.4 psi.... At my buddy shop, he had done a turbo fulliy builed h22a swap into a 93 black desol and boosting @22 psi... The desol was dyno close to 400 whp...sorry I had forgotten the torq... At that time, the desol is using a stock head so his redline is 7500 rpm, and if I get my JG Pro, my redline will increase a bit...So me and my buddy is hoping my car will break 400 whp.. Wish me luck!!!

I didn't doubt you, I was saying with that chunk of change, and those injectors and fuel managment... with some dyno time and a good tuner, you should be 450+. I wouldn't settle for just 400. Boost it till it breaks, then back off a little, and you ahve a good fast daily driver.
I was thinking the car was looking really nice, until I got to those Altezza's, the picnic bench and the dual exhaust.
I have to say it's an excellent show car, though.
The setup sounds really nice. I hope it works out for you. 1100cc injectors is way overkill for 450hp. Even 440's will put down 350hp before reaching 80% duty cycle. 750's would handle 500hp fairly easily. I guess you have room to grow, though.
What cams will you be running?

I know the injectors are alittle too big... My buddy told me that i can adjust the fuel with my DFI... so i wouldn't be running too rich... For the Cams... I don't know what kind I will be using yet... What do you recommand??? I think I will probably get a JG Cam with my JG pro head...
You did tell JG that you have a boosted motor, right? An NA port will help, but won't be as nice as if they specificly built it for the turbo.
Webcam or Crower turbo regrinds. I don't know enough about JG to recommend them. A regrind is pretty much your only option for turbo specific cams.

I didn't get the CAM yet... cause I just spent all my money on the engine and tranny swap.. But i am going to get a JG Pro head which include dual titianum valve spring, titianum retainers, and port & polish...
I posted this and didn't check it for a week. That's what I get I guess. To Captain Obvious(Dirtylude), thanks for pointing out that I did everything in reverse. As if that matters. My car isn't running yet. I am putting the fuel management system in place right away. The original question stands. And People, try to stay on the topic.
