CAM gears

a friend of mine gave me his cam gears. if i put them on, will it help me?and if it does, how much

What kind of car do you have? Cam gears don't "add power"...

If they are for an S2000, keep in mind our car uses a TIMING CHAIN, not belt...
(In case you didnt know)
