Skunk2 Manifold, what type of ECU?

I have an OBD1 GS-R, if I get the Skunk2 Intake Manifold, will the lack of the intake air bypass cause the CEL to light up? If so, which ECU should I use instead to work well, yet not have the CEL?

just remove the cel light from the back of your cluster...i have the same mani and my cel didnt go off?!? i have a pyr ecu that works great, the mugen program works wonders
