what are the cheapest modifications to make a 94 gsr run about mid 14's? or less

ive seen a semi stripped 4dr GSR (not mine) with I/H/E and stock clutch run 14.6

Gut it. Remove every thing unnecessary, like A/C, power steering, windshield wipers, etc. You'll go faster.

get an intake, jdm header, and a lot of piping down there...i bet you could hit 14's for sure after that

LOL I have 2 of 3 items stated gone power steering and windshield wipers...

Watch out when it rains you might have to bust out with a Ace Ventura and stick your head out the window to see on coming traffic! Now fun....

i am in high 14s with i/h/e and chipped ecu all you have to do is get some tight *** tires and know how to drive get launches perfect you could hit high 14 with just a intake.

75 shot stage 1 efi from nitrous express!, my boy in a 96 4 door civic with b16a2
i/h/e and the nitrous ran 14.3 at the track =D at 103 mph =D
