Default slight 5th gen rattle help!

I have a 97 lude with an intake, headers, TYpe s cams, Type s springs and retainers. I have a slight rattle if you listen closely but only around 2500-3000 RPM. It kind of sounds like something is loose but i dont think it is because the rattle is only at 2500-3000 rpm that i hear in first and second gear, sometimes in third. What could this be. Could it be my cams or is something just loose?
THanks,
Spencer

Did you have your timing belt auto-tensioner changed wtih the rest of the valvetrain? There's a TSB out for the auto-tensioner on the 5th Gens. I had it, if you rev it up and hear the rattle whlile the engine revs down it might be your problem.
