i was wondering if there was a website that shows a lot of different colors of paint. im trying to decide what color to paint my car?? please help

i wouldnt trust a website for choosing colors of paint. You should go to a local autobody shop and see what color chips they have on hand and you will get a very accurate shade of the color compared to a computer screen.

 

Find your color from a car not from a paint chip. You can never tell what its going to look like froma chip, but from a car you get a better idea. Use paint scratch to look up the paint code and your set for paint.

 

Yes, go to a car, in which you have no idea if the vehicle has been painted or not and see if you like the color. When you look at a chip, you are looking at the prime color. When you are looking at a car, you are most likely seeing a car that has been painted. When a car is painted, they must look up the code, and then based on experience (and sometimes lack of) they choose the prime color, or one of the variant colors which can be as many as 6-7 diffferent shades of the same color.
