About to move to MASS, or CT. High Compression Integra pass SMOG?
I've got a 95 GSR.
Intake, DC 4-1 Header, Apex-i N1 exhaust
fully rebuilt engine, seals bearings, hone etc.
00' ITR valvetrain
JDM ITR cams
CTR Pistons w/ gsr rods
7lb flywheel
with a stock cat, and the rest of the stock emmision equipment on, what are my chances of having problems passing smog with this setup? I live in GA right now and there havent been smog laws since the civil war. any input would be greatly appreciated.

Slap on an LS ECU, that's what I did with my '94 GSR, passed with flying colors
Then just switch the ecu when you leave and drive off in VTEC

depends what you have for tuning. If you have a VAFC or hondata just lean it out a little on the part throttle. Pull the timing back a little. With a stock cat you're choking it pretty well you shouldn't have any problems. If you just run with a stock GSR ecu you should be fine.

thanks for the responses. I'm able to chip my ecu to whatever I want. I've got the rom burner and crome/ uberdata. So i guess I can just lean the bitch out. I may end up in south east ct near nyc or up in boston somewhere. My plans are still up in the air.
