Default Advice/Input on this car (h22 si hatch).... also, an estimate of worth?

Ok I am considering this car, it is a 93 si hatchback with the h22 swap. The specifics are below:

Engine:
AEM fuel rail
AEM FPR
B&M fuel gauge
Stock JDM P13 ecu
KS Engineering EGR Block Plate
JDM ITR lower sub frame brace
Dual core radiator
Custom fan
JIC Magic Bullet 505s Cat-Back Exhaust
R-axle axles/Custom axles
JDM H22A w/ M2B4 LSD tranny
Action Stage 2 2KS clutch
Fidanza flywheel
HCP mounts
97-01 AEM CAI

Suspension:
Energy Suspension Hyper-flex bushing kit (Red)
Tokico Illuminas 5-way adjustable
Skunk2 Coilovers (teg spring rates)
Skunk2 adj A-arms
GSR strut tower brace

Interior:
Sparco 383 Suede Competition steering wheel
Momo Hub Adapter
Custom short shifter

Exterior:
Goodridge Stainless Steel brake lines
Brembo cross-drilled rotors
Black housing projectors
Fiber Image OE CF hood
VISION style corners

The car needs paint, has brand new front bumper/fenders. Throws 2 codes, one is pcv I believe and the other is EGR, the owner said you couldnt do anything about the EGR code w/the p13 ecu. Is this correct?

I am in college for autobody, so paint will only cost the cost of the paint. No labor.

It ran a 13.9@100 w/crappy 16"s

That being said, what would you guys give for it? What are your thoughts? This will be my first swapped car but it seems to be well done...

sweet, asking price is 6000, hopefully I'll only have to go to 5500 b/c that's about what I can afford at the moment. Thanks for the input thus far!

Not sure about that pcv code though. I've never heard of it and its not on my listing of CEL's. What code number is it? And yes he is correct about the EGR code. You cant do anything about it with the stock p13 ecu.

I'd give 6000 for it. And my car has never once thrown an EGR code.

Do you have EGR hooked up?

I would give it 6000 also. But do a test drive also before you decide on buying it.
