All 3rd gen Integra owners with the factory moonroof:
You should check the metal frame under the rubber gasket around the actual glass portion of the moonroof, you may find rust starting in there, this occurs since moisture is held in by the rubber strip and the metal frame, can not escape and rots the metal from inside out.
I found this on my 1996 GSR last year, even though it was out of the 3 year bumper-to-bumper warratny, Acura was kind enough to pay for the material (cdn$800) but I had to pay for the 1/2 hour labour to put it in. A great deal I did not refuse.
After the new moonroof glass was installed, I soaked this susceptable area with rust inhibiting Rust Check oil, everything loos OK still this year.
