Default rattling sunroof...what should i do to fix?

like most rex's out there, i got a rattling sunroof. after taking a look at it, the screws that hold the roof down on the rail have become a lil enlarged, and the screws dont hold the roof to the rails snugly. what should i do to fill in this cap? is there any kind of metal filler i can get to fill this in, that will harden, and let me retap/drill a hole through for the proper sized screw?
