will legend brakes fit on a ek with a gsr brake conversion

I wouldn't bother with the work.

Suggest http://www.fastbrakes.com 11" kit.

yes, you have to have the complete brake assembly off the integra or 99-00 si . you can get blank 11" discs from fastbrakes that will work with the new caliper / hub.
do a quick search .. there was a topic covering the install in depth recently

umm i'm not sure about that. the caliper might be too big for the smaller disc. if yo ucall fastbrakes you can get some blank rotors for like $65 i think .. its definately worth it
