Will a jdm ef8 front bumper fit on an '89 dx hatchback? I know the headlights between the cars are different and whatnot, but would it mount right up? Please help ASAP. Thanks.

I don't think CRX EF8 front bumper will fit unless you change the lights, hood, and fenders, and bumper supports (ALL JDM, different from usdm crx's).

I think I heard that you still need some fabrication to fit a crx front conversion on to a civic hatchback.

 

i have the bumber, lights and hood...
the bumper should mount right up also the hood....
the light of the jdm are plastic and are a little different but the bumper mounts are the same..

So would the bumper mount right up, just with a little gap at the headlights?

 

yup just a little bit due the fact that the jdm plastic light point in a bit more
oh yeah for anyone who ever gets the hood too...you need the hood lock to match up the lock

 

Do you have this on a hatchback civic or a crx? I have a hatchback civic...just checking to make sure.

 

sorry man i thought u ment crx...my bad...it won't fit with out the bumper support not mention custom mods....
