Where can I purchase a Civic Type R steering wheel for my 98 Civic, and will it bolt in and still allow the airbag to function. Thanks for the info in advance.

 

the steering wheel will bolt right on b/c its factory. the airbag will work, but when you are putting it on, be sure to disconnect your battery, so you wont have the srs light comming on your cluster.

 

its gonna cost you 1200.00 brand new, used it would run around 600.00 and up

mike from ipsracing.com can get you one, I dont know if he carries used one or not. You know wuts easier to get is the s2000 steering wheel,and it would bolt onto your car if you have a EK civic. the s2000 steering wheel looks just like the CTR steering wheel except that the middle H is silver instead of the Red.hope this helps!!

I might be doing a Nice SPECIAL on these Very soon a friend overseas has his hands on 10 New ITR Momo Steering wheels with airbags. Price will be about $900-950 Which is only a bit more than a used one, But is brand new

Can you do a special on S2000 Momo SRS steering wheels...

 

They dont fit an Integra and Dont look as good as the JDM wheel, Plus they are roughly the same price

 

This JDM wheel is the same as on the Ferrari....?
I have searched and no luck, and I can't remember what it is.

 

 

I think there was someone on these boards who tried to buy an ITR JDM wheel off eBay and ended up with a CTR one. He is lookin to sell it, do a search for them.

 

Which Ferrari did this wheel also come on?

 

I have a CTR MOMO/SRS F/S now. Again it won't fit an Integra. IM or email me if interested.

I agree that I want one too, but how can you say that about honda when the only major diff, is the added grip at 3 and 9 o'clock, red stitching, and 3 spokes.
Granted I like all of these, but overall diameter is the same, cross section on the grip is so close, none of us could tell the difference? It will feel the same is all I'm saying, unless you grip at 3 and 9...!

Anyone on the Ferrari question?
