I would imaging most people (myself included) are going to say "neither", since it is uncommon to see a thinner-than-stock gasket being used on a turbo application (for various reasons). If you're looking for an aftermarket gasket for FI, I'd suggest Cometic or Toda.

how much boost are you going to run... and is the HG bad now... or are you going to change it as part of the turboing process...

Frankly if you're not running high boost I'd just leave the head on there and not bother changing the HG...

How many miles on your engine now?

Yeah as stated, neither is better. They both increase compression. When building a motor for boost, the goal is to lower compression.

I wouldn't use either of those headgaskets for turbo. Sure, high compression turbocharged cars make a lot of power, but to be on the safe side, people usually go with a lower compression. this gives more room for error, and not blowing your motor.

I hear good things about cometic headgaskets. get a thicker than stock one.
