Default having problems with 99 accord v6

When i'm drivng the gears kick in hard and like it changes gear at high rpms. does anyone noe whats wrong with it?

You should have the transmission flushed cause it is probably gonna fail and it will need to be replaced.

exactly that....replacing your tranny fluid but if you take it to a mechanic they run a complete flush to get all or most of the old tranny fluid out. You can do it yourself...but if you don't know what it is I would take it to a mechanic

You cannot really do it yourself because they hook it up to a machine that pumps out all of or most of the old fluid along with the particles that are in the fluid which lead to the death of automatics. What a person can do is change the sump once then drive for about 10-15 min and then do it again and again and then fill it once more. After draining and refilling and driving a few times it is posssble to get out as much of the old fluid as possible without taking it some where thus saving you money.
