Sorry for not posting in the Other Models section, but no one ever goes there so I wnana post here and maybe some ppl might gimme some help.

Ok, Im having this problem where my car is idling way too low! It sits around 250-300rpm! This is with heater and defrost off. When I turn them on, it goes up to about 450-500rpm!!
Im thinking its the Idle Screw that u can adjust or my throttle body is dirty or clogged up.

any thoughts? car has 266,000km on it.

 

its got 266k miles! hint hint

 

sounds like a bad IACV (its the electronically controlled idle valve on the back of the intake manifold)

 

how about fuel filter and injectors?
