I had them but couldn't feel a big difference till I got the basic I/H/E. Once I had all that there was a huge difference

if you can get some for 2-300 bux.. then do it..

otherwise-- hold out for some TODA's/JUN's/Skunk2's/etc...

here's my gains from ITR header and cams in my GS-R

I have 00 CDM ITR cams in my gsr with i/h/e/c, and it did add some noticeable torque up top and a nice sound, but it needs to be tuned to be a more worthwhile upgrade. my VTEC should be at like 5500 or around there as opposed to 4400

I ran 15.1, put on the skunk 2 IM and 98 itr cams and hit 14.7.

You definitely feel more in the mid to high rpms
I didn't gain much on the strip going from 15.4 to 15.1.
Thats with all the I/H/E and suspension.
I need more practice...hehe

If you wanna get cams that'll actually help with out having to replace everything in the engine, go with CTR cams. ITR cams are good, but not as good as these. They produce a lot of mid range power.

so they integra type r cams go right in a gsr head w/ no valvetrain swaping... i thought you had to use the itr exhaust springs and retainers for that

ctr cams and ite 00-01 are identical...

theres a lot of info if you search about valvetrain upgrades when swapping in cams.

you need the valve springs and retainers if you plan on raising the rev limiter.. if you are going to keep the stock redline you wont need the rest of the ITR valvetrain

00-01 ITR cams and CTR cams are the exact same thing, except some shops charge more for CTR cams because its JDM. The older ITR cams have 3 less degrees of duration. It's not really a big deal, but there is a price difference.
