Default MAXBORE throttle bodies $100.

http://www.Maxbore.com
for all your trottle body boring needs.
I have been on honda-tech for a long time, but it is no longer the honda-tech we all knew. It is now owned by corporate america and no longer friendly to the small enthusiast based business this place once was.

Thank you honda-tech members for your support.

Stick around because I have done quite a few for H-T members.
I take pride in my work and it reflects on the quality of the the throttle bodies I bore.

No, 65mm is the biggest for a type R throttle body.
A GSR throttle body goes to 64mm.

It depends. if it is a first gen JDM B16, the biggest is 62mm.
If it is a USDM B16 , then 64mm.
Thanks.

Do you change the throttle plate also or is it just a taper. If you change throttle plate also then I will be sending you one. How far can you bore a 2000 si and a gsr throttlebody

Yes, I HAVE to make a new butterfly.
Otherwise you would have 2mm gap all around it, and the idle would be at around 3000RPM.

Both GSR and 2000 Civic Si can be bored to 64mm at the butterfly.
Thanks

Bump for a great guy!

I just had a question.
I have a GSR TB and a Skunk2 IM.
I'll be using a ITR throttle cable and bracket. I would also need to MODIFY the spring/wheel on the TB to another NON-gsr spring/wheel. Are you able to do that?

What i mean by the spring/wheel is the part that the throttle cable rides on to open/shut the throttle body plate.
It's a common mod to the GSR TB when most guys go with the Skunk2 IM cause the want the cleaner look.

Yes. I can do that.
Throw in $20 and I will convert it to work like the type R throttle body.
Thanks!

Jorge is an awesome guy. I sent my throttle body to him and it came back sparkling. Great to deal with and great work.
