yeah no IRS in canada we have "revenue Canada" instead - we have RS/LS/SE(premium LS) and GSR/ITR. you must be able to find this car local for similar amount that is atleast clean - I wouldnt do it for a an RS plus all the hassle at the border and registering an imported vehicle etc...plus no cross border return laws.

maybe he was calling it an IRS...Integra RS. like we call the Integra Type-R a ITR. its a thought. if its a good deal and the car can be fixed up. i wouldn't dwell on someone's ignorance. let it go....
