It will not work for sure unless you want to hack up your icebox.

hahahaha, I sorta did it.

The thing that you guys dont realsie is that firbeglass can be your best friend. To create a Universal fit for ANY airfilter in the comptech icebox yet maintain a good seal, do the following.

Hack up your old airfilter as far down as physically possible to the filter so you are left with the connector joint that links to the stock intake arm. Now you cant bolt a new filter to this can you??? Easy... Take pvc pipinng to match the internal diameter of the connector. Fibreglass from the connector over the pipe creating an extension. now rivet the fibreglass extension to the connector. You have now made a universal connector joint to attach any filter to the stock intake arm for about 20 bucks!!!

Setup works fine for me, and no modifications to the Icebox, filter or stock arm were necessary. It's a bit of a ghetto install, but I wouldn't call the Icebox high quality either.

Assuming the Icebox is already installed... Clamp the 3" flex bellows that comes with the Icebox to the filter adapter. Clamp the other end of the flex bellows to a short length of 3" polyethylene drain pipe (thinner walls/larger interior diameter than standard PVC). Clamp stock arm to other end of pipe. Wrap a strip of 1/2" foam rubber around the filter adapter to make a seal with the opening of the Icebox.
