New 1/4 mile time on street tires!
Things went well tonight...and I almost reached my goal of 13s on street tires!
I ran on some no-name brand 195/65-14s.
Weight with diver : 2550 LBS
Altitude: 1250 FT
Weather : 72 degrees
60': 2.202
330': 5.990
1/8: 9.115 @ 79.245 MPH
1/4: 14.097 @ 99.014 MPH
13s on street tires will be here soon!

Damn you go to the track like every other day. When you ran your 13.7 was that with drag radials or slicks. 14.0 is sweet on street tires.

Actually with that much torque and at that weight you should be able to hit 13's on street tires with no problem. You had a very good 60 FT time so maybe it's the elevation that's holding you up.

Nice times. I'm sure that 13's can be hit with street tires in your car. Well good luck.
Like asked before, the 13.7, was that on slicks or drag radials.
