tie rod end, squeaking
Hey guys, I've got a 97 accord that makes bad squeaking noises over every bump. The noise comes from the front passenger side. I got under the car and noticed the rubber boot where the tie rod end connects to the steering knuckle is torn open. Could that ball joint be the cause of the noise? I looked up the tie rod end on http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com and lists the parts as right and left. Would the passenger side be the left or right side? (my guess is right)
I just found this forum but I've already found tons of information. Thanks for the help.

Car parts should always be listed for right & left side of the car. NOT right&left when you're standing in front looking at the engine...
Oh yeah - WELCOME!

I wasn't sure if right/left meant from sitting inside the car or standing infront facing it. I've always bought parts for autozone and they ask driver/passenger not right/left.
