Default ?? on Poor Man R build up

I posted this in the all motor forum already....I never seem to have much feedback there though, so here goes in the Hybrid section...
I currently have a 96' EK4 motor...
I'm going to be putting together a GSR block and need to know a couple things. I really need to know what would be a good piston to run. USDM or JDM ITR? CTR? B16a USDM or JDM? If anyone knows what compression I'd yield with these please let me know. I've heard alot about different comp. ratios but nothing solid. The C-speed comp. calculator seems a bit off, or I'm just not using it right On the B16 head I have ITR valvesprings, Crower titanium retainers, ITR cams, ITR intake mani., ported tb, b&m fpr, skunk cam gears. I'm going to be running a CTR intake cam on the new setup though. I also plan to get Hondata S100. I think my exhaust shouldnt hold me back too much....I have a Fujitsubo 4-2-1 header, 2.25 mandrel bent piping, and a Mugen twin loop.
Any ideas of HP and TQ #'s???
Yes...in advance, I did search. Found alot of Poor Mans R ****, but nothing that helped too much. Thanks guys.

damn...that sounds pretty good. So USDM ITR pistons give you 10.8:1?

If you are building I'd definitly go with the jdm itr pistons. They are a few points higher than the US ones, and have the trick moly coating on them.

Yeah....I think I'm going with the JDM ITR's.....compression calculator says 11.5 from c-speed. I didnt think it would be that high. I hear it would be more like 11.2 or so.

USDM 99-00 Si pistons are the same compression ratio as the JDM ITR pistons and a lil cheaper. I have them in the motor I rebuilt.

CTR's...Hmm. What compression are you at? What kind of cams do you run?
