I forgot how clean a freshly waxed car stays in the rain.....
Did a quick wash and wax on the SI the other day cause we had some sunshine. Made it look much better. Didn't realize how much it needed it untill I did it. But it has been raining the last 2 days, I did my usual 80 miles of commuting today in pouring down rain and get home to see that my car is still clean for the most part. Before waxing it, it would get dirty after just a few miles in the rain. I love S100 wax, so so nice.

And my main lineup for summer time. Do it all by hand but hopefully I will have a nice random orbit buffer this summer to make it easier.

i notice your from minnesota, im from wisconsin, just so you know carnuba-based waxed is bad for winter conditions, unless you have summer only car

Yeah, I've never used Zaino but I've heard it is one of the best. I've read many threads of people arguing back and forth over the two but I chose the Carnuba over a synthetic wax that some have complained leaves a blue film on their car.
And that first pic with the S100 sitting on my car is with just a quick coat of S100, no polishing or anything with any of the other products.

Not bad for winter conditions, just doesn't hold up as well as the synthetics. If you do like I do and take advantage of a non rainy day once in the middle of winter you will be fine. And it goes on and off so easy that it is no effort. I think it took me an hour to do my car on Sunday.
