Visible changes from 98->99 LS intake manifold?

Visible changes from 98->99 LS intake manifold?
I need to know for smog reasons. I am going to try to get my new motor passed as a '99. Mainly interested in sensor/smog control changes.
I wonder if the Smog ref will be able to tell that I am actually using a non OBD ecu instead of an OBDII setup. I am going to get all the OBDII smog equipment though.
