98 Accord COntinues to keep Stalling
I have a 98 Accord on it..over 105, 000 miles already on it. I know that's a lot. Anyways, I have had a problem with it stalling on me for awhile. I park the car in the lot just after 7 in the morning. After 2:30 in the afternoon, I warm the car up alittle bit while everyone else turns on their cars and speed off. While the engine is cold, or just about to go over the "C" on the meter, the car turns off and my abs lights turn on. This has happened when I have stopped at a stop sign, or rolling to a stop. This also happened once on a slight hill while I was waiting to go onto the freeway. What can be causing this? What should I do?
you should check the alternator maybe tahts the problem cuz that sounds like what happened to my accord i was at school adn that happened to me too about the same times too ehhe
My 98 coupe does it too. Only when it's cold, but when it's warm works fine. I just took it to the dealer last week to have the interlocked replaced (recall). But they said the ignition recalls are for the sedans..
