I shipped the front and rear bumpers plus passenger door from an 88 CRX after selling them on Ebay.Use Greyhound GPX...the door was about $75 to California from Nashville,TN and both bumpers ran about $45...one went to NY and don't remember where the other went to.USPS,FedEx,and UPS won't take them at all.The biggest problem is finding a box for them...try an auto body shop and if they don't have anything, use two large boxes and tape them together.

I shipped a DC2 rear bumper to AZ once through FedEx 2-day service, it was like $108 and it barely met the size limit.

without the support I have shipped them via fedex for 35 bucks. don't box it. just wrap it really well in cardboard.

Yeah,FedEx is ridiculous on larger objects, but great for smaller stuff...they wanted like $120 to ship a clock to the French Alps, but USPS did it for $70.The key is to keep your box size down, but still big enough to pack your item well.I've shipped all over the world, but the worst thing was that CRX door to Cali, barely fit in my EF hatch!
