Default Helical LSD fluid

i have an S13 that i use for track and autox, and ive got an S15 helical diff on the way from JSpec.com. i know the Type R runs a helical diff as well, so i thought id ask what kind of gear oil i should run in the rear end. i know some kinds use different friction modifiers so that may effect how the diff performs. any suggestions??
