Default Compression cut-off

Ok so what is the cut of for low compression. I thought that the F22 and F23 were similiar except for the fact that it had more power and was .1 liter bigger, but when I looked at a link that Nick H posted, the compression ratio is also different. The F22 is 8:8 and the F23 is 9:1. I just want to know whats considered low on the High cumpression scale(cut off) and High on the Low Compression scale(cut-off). You guys kow what I mean.

Well it depends on what you want to do with it. I though it was the other way around on those motors dealing with the compression ratio. If your going to go turbo, your going to want a relatively low compression ratio. Like somewhere around 8.5-9.0.
