If you don't care about throwing a CEL, making a lot of noise or putting the cat back on for an inspection, then a race header is the way to go. Otherwise you could mate the JR RH to a high flow cat, or just use a shorty header (minimal gains).

Go with the comptehc race header. I haven't dynoed my cayet with all the mods, but when i added the header i felt a big difference right away. My car dyno at 173 to the wheels with just a injen SRI. Now wiht the header and exhaust the car feels like im at 200 WHP. I will be dynoing soon.

Any of you guys running the TODA header. Interested in it, and seeking info and experiances of it. Looks like I am going to be spending a grand on my header. I am stuck between TODA, Mugen, Comptech, and Spoon. Set up with header is oging to be mugen intake, t1r, spoon n1. Which one of these headers would help me and my setup the most? TIA -Shawn
