cleared my ZC easily but B16 tranny hits it with any movement at all, So had to remove it. Well I have to make my own out of steel anyway to make an H bar to allow for a skid plate to save my 4-1 JDM header. Just woindering if this is common.

 

Sounds like your engine and tranny are hanging a little too low.

 

can't do anything about that. Mounts have it where the mounts have it, but it just barely clears the hood I think, need to get a lump of clay or something to see how much clearance I really have. But then its not like have expensive strut bars. where it hits as halfway down the angled side, not along the bottom. Only like 1/4 inch clearance with the motor off. any movement and bang. Took it off rather than risk tranny case damage.
