EK Civic: How should headlights be aimed??

EK Civic: How should headlights be aimed??
Just a question on the horizontal aiming of the headlight beam. Should they both just shoot straight forward, or should they meet at the center, or something else? I have JDM SIR headlights, so i dont have that little green leveler meter built into the headlight. thanks in advance.
