anyone know where i can get just the covers at.

this would be good for anyone that has broken theirs, or people like me who will be running charge pipes and the oem lights won't fit but want the oem look.

??? Are you talking about removing the OEM fogs?

If so, I believe you need a new bumper cover.

nope not at all.

the cover that surounds the foglight houseing, usualy black or grey, im looking for just that cover, so i can make my own foglights that will be flush with the back of the bumper to fit my charge pipes. also this would be good for anyone with a cracked cover.

Goto that page, use the 2nd link in the middle. Honda accesories. Plug in Civic, 1995, exterior. You'll see foglight garnish on that list, I believe thats the part.
