* ran a 12.74 last time I went to the track in September

I've put 5k miles on the car in the 1.5 years I've owned it, it doesn't come out in wet or snowy weather. I don't allow smoking in the car.
I've got all the stock parts, and I've got a PI 4k stall torque converter, not installed (that with ET street's should put the car in the low 12's, high 11's). I've also got a WW/Greddy eurethane lip sitting in the garage, I haven't had time to paint it. Everything will go with the car.
Looking to get $25k (pretty firm) -- make an offer, but don't try to lowball me -- I'm fair -- not retarded. No trades, please. That's about a grand more than a brand new WRX. I know that's tempting. Oh and BTW, I don't care about what kbb or edmunds or whatever says about the value of the car.

Doesn't look like a N1 to me, it's a GT Spec from what I see.
