Default removing power steering

Does anyone have a link on how to remove the power steering rack and all the line and how to install a manual steering rack? Also does anyone know about how much a used manual steering rack would cost? Me and a friend have our power steering belts off and want to switch to a manual steering rack and remove all the lines and pump.

you dont need to switch to a manual rack, take the pump and lines out and bypass it.
