nsx calipers
they are a 2 piston caliper which means there clamping force is more then the ITR caliper. there heavier and bigger. they are about 10-15mm thicker then the 10.3 inch calipers. which means you will really have to watch which wheel you go with. I think that with 5 lug ITR wheels you will be ok with the offset.
Remeber unless you are running a weird rotor you will need to get the early year NSX caliper. from 91 i belive. which is for the 11.1 inch rotor. all the other year NSX use bigger calipers.
but the question is do you really need them. an 11.1 inch rotor with ITR caliper and some good pads, in a civic it is highly unlikely to need any more power. the only thing you might experiance is fad which can be taken care of with some ducting

sorry to jack it up.......
but anyone know the cheapist place to get them?
if they were cheap I would think about doing it, but im
poor, and cant afford 400$ calipers I have no need for.

from what i understand its a very basic install if you get all the right parts. you can occasionally find nsx calipers on sale here in the classifieds .. and you could go to a junkyard to get the prelude / legend calipers

my personal feelings.... go with a fast brakes/willwood kit.... lighter and better and depending on where u get the NSX's the fastbrakes will probably be cheaper, and a serious bolt on affair.
Do a search under the user name shawnhayes and type in NSX calipers or Legend calipers.
There are Legend calipers that are the same as the NSx units if I recall correctly.

what about nsx rears? do these bolt up also? i know the nsx caliper is for a thicker rotor but thats not a prob.
also looking into aftermarket nsx calipers since theres prob more performance options out there..
the car needs to do nose wheelies

yes you are right tom the 94 legend fully loaded has the 11.1 rotor's with 2 piston calipers.
hummmm next time im home im gona see how much remanufactured one's are with a core.

well if you have to ask then i don't think you should do it.
first off you need 11.1 inch rotors. which if you do some searching there is a VW that has a 4x100 lug pattern and 11.1inch diameter. don't remeber what VW it was but it starts with a C.
secondly you will have to either buy knew wheels or get extended studs and run spacers so that the wheels will clear the caliper. i think it might be dificult to get a 4x100 wheel in a high enough offset to clear the calipers. i have heard that TE37 to clear ITR calipers on a 4x100 lug pattern but again the NSX caliper is thicker then the ITR caliper.
third, you will have to deal with the issue of haveing enough pressure in you lines to get the two pistons to clamp. so that means changeing to a bigger MC and maybe a BB depending on what MC you use.
EDIT
well **** after reading shawn's post. haveing NSX calipers is just for bling bling. i think, i suck at science, and all that **** confuses me but i think i got the point that the ITR caliper has a better clamping force then the NSX.
