Default Engine running funny

Car I Have
90 civic sedan w/a b18a swap obd0.
Problem that I Have.
The car is not running right. When i drive my car it stalls. Let me explain exactly what happens. When i tap the pedal a little more than when normaly accellerating my car stalls. If i push gas pedal all the way down (WOT), the rpm gauge drops from where ever it's at down to zero. I don't know if it's not gettting enough gas or too much gas.
Other Symptoms
code 15-replaced distributor and went away (timing done)
code 43- replaced fuel filter (still not going away) I think it might be time to get a new fuel pump but this is my beater car. (need to save money-jobless)
What i Have done
I know i'm repeating myself but i want to be thorough
Replace Fuel filter
Replace distributor
Timing
spark plugs
spark plug wires
These are the possibilities i think could be the culprit
Fuel Injectors (when the engine was in original car it was running fine)
Resistor Box(" ")
Fuel Pump

All help is appreciated. Thank you

Have you tested any parts of the fuel system?

No i Haven't. Went to Sears and they had a fuel pressure gauge that worked for domestics, so i wasn't too sure it was going to work for the honda. Where can i get a fuel pressure gauge?

Another thing, is I replaced spark plugs with bosch's platinums 3 or 4's don't remember which one. Would that make a difference?

TPS that came w/engine was broken and replaced. Code 43 -fuel supply system. engine came from a 91 acura integra. ecu fits in 90 sedan. So i would assume its safe to say that it is obd0. But yep, ecu flashes 4 times (long) than 3 times (short). ????? I did the wiring myself. hmm.. thinking about old engine that was in there, it ran rough too. When i drove it it felt like it was running on 2 cylinders.
