Default DOHC ZC - D16A6 crank pulley question

hey guys

can I replace the stock crank pulley on my DOHC ZC (which has the extra lands for a/c
& power steering) with the stock pulley from a D16A6, which is smaller and I would
guess lighter? I am assuming that these engines are fully internally balanced and that the
crank pulley weight is not critical to the reciprocating assembly. The stcok ZC pulley isn't a big
deal or anything, its just that I kinda hate having that weight on my crank for no reason.
On that note, is there a (stock) replacement that is even simpler? All I need to drive is the
alternator, so I only need one land on the crank pulley.

any info appreciated

Funny I had the same exact question about the A6 pulley on a dohc zc on the zcr.com.

OK, that was a good thread but it left me a little confused; let me see if I have it right:

stock DOHC ZC 88-91 pulley = harmonic balancer
stock SOHC D16A6 88-91 pulley = harmonic balancer

so although the above two are both different sizes (but same diameters), they are
both harmonic balancers; are they compatable though? I am having my ZC rebuilt
and the last thing I want to do is screw up my new bearings.

If I could get the pulley off the crank, I would of tried it long time ago. If you have access to both pulleys, then you should be able to compare them side by side.
