Default Car acting wierd...

Between 2-3k it feels like it's missing a little and sluggish. I can't really hear any miss out of the exhaust though. The plugs aren't that old. Maybe 3 months...Bosch +4's, the dizzy is only about 1-1 1/2 months old. What else could it be?

the plugs could be the problem. They are fine in some 4g's and not in others. The dizzy still can be bad (ignitor) I went through 3 dizzy's before finding a good one.

check your basic tune-up parts. (cap, rotor, wires, etc...) was distributor new? used? What is the ignition timing like. Advanced, retarted? If there is a problem with the ignitor, coil or distributor, it will more than likely occur at high rpm, or under hard acceleration. I would suggest going to your local parts store and get some plugs.(NGK) good luck!!
