If its a stock b20 block and head you CAN run a LS motor ecu but try and get the stocker B20 ecu for the OBD you happen to be running on your car.

Ok....you need a B20 (which is NONvtec) ecu for the OBD 1 or 2 that your B20 motor is. Basically just find a B20 ecu that is obd2 (which I assume the motor you have is). What year is the motor you are recieving. And if you have a 00 Si then you want an obd2 motor and ecu for simplicity and for legality you want a 00 or newer motor...

He is using his B20 longblock with a B16 head and he is asking if the stock Si ecu is usable for his new B20. I said it is not and needs to be a B20 ecu or at worst a chipped ECU that mirrors the B20 fuel maps...etc.
