yesterday went up to pick up a block from ken (sweet) from Pa.....







got my b16 block sunday, put it in my room, mom was ecstatic about that , got my cluster today (monday), and received my magnetic oil drain plug from an HT sponsor and ARP rod bolts from summit racing last week.
found out my CTR pistons from passwordjdm are gonna take longer then expected

i also got rear ended by a cop on friday night, got a quote, $500, gonna see if i can prep myself and get my car painted.

all this in a matter of 2 weeks

still need to buy a couple of things to finish my motor setup, but aside from that i should be good to go on spring break.

and for those curious as to what the pig err cop did to me...

actually the cop was an "acquaintence" of mine and my sisters (same highschool) and he was outside his juristiction. we chose not to go thru insurance because of a) higher rates for me and b) he could get in serious trouble. so hes basically giving me the money for the body work.

and unfortunately i do smoke in my car

we were both facing the 7-11 maybe 2 cars apart and after i backed out completely my friend says "oh ****". for some reason when i heard the clunk i thought "**** my tranny fell off" lol but it was the pig. he wizzed out of his spot like all mr cool cops do.

the way it happened was like a <FONT SIZE="4">"U"</FONT>, and my car is on the left and his car on the right, and crashed in the bottom middle =/

 

for the cop paying the damages and not being dick. I woulda thought most cops would turn it into being your fault.

really? im in edison...know where that is?.....all H-T members close to raceway park should race there every saturday....

 

same thing happened to me at 7-11 too, i just had my car painted and this numb **** cop backs into me, then he starts giving me **** about illigal parking, so i take out my camera and took some pictures, he shut up really fast.
