Yeah same here. Its not real hard at all. Just dont be like me and start right before its about to get dark outside. I ended up drivin around with one red tail and one amber tail for a few days

Well if you just let the vinyl sit still with soap water without blow drying it, you won't be able to smooth out the edges (especially on round edges).

how is that rice? you're not putting vinyl on the entire taillight just the amber part. It's like the old dc2 went from amber to red, personally i prefer the red

i cut mine along the edge of the amber part

I got the cheap model vinyl...faded in a month, so i got the professional calon stuff still red as it ever was.
everytime i applied it, i could never get all the bubbles out where the tailight curves (even with a hair dryer)

That's strange...i thought vinyl is supposed to last a long time. I couldn't get all bubbles out on mine either. But it's not noticable unless you are looking at it closely. Any more pictures of your car?

Not to try and bash but the way the stocks tails look is much better then that...
