rv to 4k gently gradually let the clutch out, then continue mashing, dont shift all hard, the secret is firm yet supple.....

I wish I had the power to break loose my 7.5 inch thick tires. Even with torque breaking (auto tranny). I keep mine at 40psi. They say that 44 is the max, so I dont take it to the limit.
Quoting myself from my answer over in the competition forum:
There are so many different combinations of cars, tires, and surfaces that there is no one way to do it. With four bangers that make their power high in the rev range, the goal is to spin the tires on launch, and have them hook up as your engine is entering the meat of it's torque curve. Once you're hooked up you'll be putting power to the ground through your motor's power peak. On each upshift, you want your RPMs to fall around your peak torque, no higher. So depending on your engine's torque curve, it's not always the fastest way to run the 1/4 mile bouncing off the rev limiter in each gear.
22psi? i have a set of toyo's usually at 44 psi.
On the drag strip, you want low pressure (like the mentioned 22 PSI) so your tires just sag and basically put more rubber/surface area on the track. Any top fuel drag car you see on tv has saggy, deflated tires. Run the 1/4 mile with any more than 27~30 PSI and you'll be spinning like you're on ice (with an aggressive enough clutch drop). Oh well, I guess you're already at the track...

That's about right. The best a full interior F22 Accord with bolt ons will do is low 16s. 15s with weight reduction and/or internal engine work.
This may sound a little tricky, but here it goes.
When you trigger the second staging light rev your engine-3-4k(depending what your set up is).
Pull your E-brake as high as you can.
Let off the clutch slowly till the clutch starts to grab.
Then, when the light turns green lay into the gas and at the same time drop the e-brake.

I was at the local 1/8 today and managed some pretty decent times
rt 0.545
60' 2.341
mph 68.3
et 10.260
that is as good as I can get for now. most runs I hit 66-67 at between 10.3-.7
I lanch pretty consertively and stomp it until the shift lite comes on.
There was a 98-99 accord there with a supercharged H22 that ran a best 9.55 at75
He couldnt get the tires to hook up. I run 14's at the strip at 25r-28l. psi
